We will work with you and your architect on your construction project by utilizing subcontractors you prefer or by arranging the work through the many reliable contractors we work with in the community.  We can assist you with putting your project out for bid through project completion and final inspection.

Construction Services -

We handle jobs ranging in size from simple repairs and door installations to interior / exterior renovations to additions and construction of a new facility.  We have experienced carpenters who will complete your project to your specifications and on schedule.  We can provide demolition, concrete, carpentry, roofing and
siding, doors and windows, interior finishes and specialty item construction services.

Architecture / Project Planning - 

We offer Architectural Design Services for your home or business.  Gerald Bergman, Owner and Registered Architect, will work with you and the local building officials to make sure that your project  meets your expections and the local building code requirements. 




Design/Build -

We were the first company in Saginaw to offer the combination of Design and Construction services, and we are still offering this option today.  If you would like us to design and build your project, changes can more easily be made to your plans as the project progresses and we can provide value engineered options to help save you on costs during design and construction of your project.
